South Wales Sports Grounds are currently recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled and knowledgeable Contracts Manager looking to join a well-established South Wales based Company, working on a range of long-term projects. Everything we do is based around exceptional delivery and very strong customer relationships that are built on mutual trust, collaboration, and honest communication.

As a Contracts Manager within the team, you’ll have a critical role to play in turning our customers visions and ideas into reality, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget, and that the quality is intrinsic at every stage. The role will focus between pre-contract, contract delivery and post-contract activities across all ongoing and any new projects.

We are seeking an experienced, self‑employed Marketing Manager to take ownership of our marketing function and represent the company with sponsors and partners. This role requires a strategic thinker who can set direction, make informed decisions, and personally deliver high‑quality work.
